91 Clu Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

To register an account with 91 Clu, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration — including your name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. If false information is discovered at any point, the account and all associated balances will be forfeited.

Opening multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same network is strictly prohibited. If 91 Clu detects this, all associated accounts will be closed and no balances will be refunded.

Account security is entirely the responsibility of the account holder. Never share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. You remain liable for any activity carried out on your account, even if done without your consent.

91 Clu complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards. As a result, KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above certain thresholds. The process is straightforward — simply upload a clear photo of your national ID or passport.

KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours to complete. Once verified, your withdrawal limits increase and payment processing becomes faster. Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

91 Clu accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Each deposit is processed subject to the terms of the respective payment provider. Once a deposit is completed, funds are typically credited to your wallet within a few minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit. For accounts with completed KYC verification, withdrawals are processed in an average of 15 minutes. Withdrawals on unverified accounts may be subject to delays.

Funds held in your 91 Clu wallet cannot be transferred to another user's account. If money laundering is suspected, all transactions on the relevant account will be suspended and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Once a bet is confirmed on 91 Clu, it cannot be cancelled. Always review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet. Clicking the "Confirm Bet" button is considered final.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue, 91 Clu reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to your wallet. Bets placed at prices that are clearly erroneous — significantly higher than the competitive market rate — may also be voided.

If a match is not completed in its scheduled format — such as a cricket match abandoned due to rain or a football match cancelled before full time — 91 Clu will settle bets in accordance with its betting rules. In most cases, stakes are refunded or settled as per the applicable rules.

91 Clu regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms — particularly the wagering requirements (how many times the bonus amount must be wagered), validity period, and which markets count toward the requirement. These conditions are clearly stated on each bonus page.

The welcome bonus is for new members only. Any attempt to close an existing account and open a new one to claim the bonus will result in both accounts being cancelled. If multiple members of the same household claim a bonus from the same device or network, verification may be required.

Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirement for a bonus is met, any winnings are transferred to your real balance, where they become withdrawable.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the 91 Clu platform. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

• Deceptive conduct toward or manipulation of other members
• Threatening or abusing any 91 Clu staff member
• Unauthorized use of 91 Clu's logo, brand identity, or content

91 Clu reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be addressed through 91 Clu's support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will proceed to mediation.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. While the primary version of these terms is published in Bangla, the English version may be used as a reference for clarification purposes.
